Pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), Ark. Code Ann. § § 25-19-101<tel:25-19-101> to 25-19-109<tel:25-19-109>, I hereby request the following records:

All statistical information regarding reports of the use of force within the Arkansas Department of Corrections system from January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2014

This request is being made as part of a journalistic inquiry. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
