The agenda and minutes for any meeting of Amtrak's Board of Directors that occurred during the month of March 2021.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

My records indicate that I have not received an Acknowledgement letter for Request #22-FOI-00057, which was submitted to your office on 12/20/2021.
I mention this because see (a) that I received two (2) Acknowledgement letters for my Request #22-FOI-00056 and, (b) that the three subsequent requests [#20-FOI-00058, #20-FOI-00059, and #20-FOI-00060] have all now been acknowledged by your office.
From this data it would appear that the 2nd ACK letter for #22-FOI-00056 may have been meant to be for #22-FOI-00057.
With this message I ask that you check this on your side and that you please send me an Acknowledgement letter with the anticipated date for completion for #20-FOI-00057 at your earliest convenience.
