The agenda and minutes for any meeting of Amtrak's Board of Directors that occurred during the month of January 2021.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for providing the meeting agenda for the Board of Directors (BOD) meetings that were held January 28 & 29, 2021 as well as the minutes of the BOD committee meetings that were held on the 28th.
What I believe was missing were the minute of the plenary meetings for the Board of Directors meeting that was held on January 28 and 29, 2021. I would kindly ask that you please send these documents too, when they are available.
