Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the bid submitted to Amazon in response to its request for proposals for the site of its second headquarters, and any supplemental materials provided to the company at the same time. In a previous response to this request you had provided a link, http://makemohq2home.com/uploads/1/1/3/2/113207741/final_proposal.pdf, however it appears that the website is no longer active online. Please provide a PDF of the proposal containing the state's full response to Amazon's RFP.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Does this document contain the full text of the bid submitted to Amazon, or is there information withheld? I notice it doesn't have specific site information or information about incentives, as many of the other released proposals do.
