All agreements and supplemental materials regarding the 2010 sale of Adelanto Detention Facility.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Do you mind providing a breakdown of the fee estimate? It may be that I won't need all of the types of documents, but if you could give me a sense of what will be provided, I may be able to narrow my request in such a way that a deposit and only a fully-paid fee may be necessary.

I am very sorry for the delay in my response, and I appreciate your attentiveness, particularly on your own time. I hope you are feeling better.
I would be interested in any agreements related to building that has occurred there, including any ongoing construction. I would also like the Purchase and Sale agreement, as well as any associated exhibits or attachments that there might be. I'm happy to hear that the materials can be provided electronically!

Good Morning
I am in the process of processing your request. As stated previously most of your request for information needs to go through ICE in regards to the GEO Contract.
I do need clarification on the request for bids and contracts to build the prison. What timeline are you looking for? Are you requesting the Construction that is going on their now.
Also there are no service agreements for sewer and water to the prison, but I will state that in my findings once the Public records request is finalized. What I do have is the Purchase and sale agreement when the City sold the prison.
Once I get the answers to those questions I should be able to proceed further, I have been out for four days with a bronchitis. I do believe we can waive the $50.00 deposit as everything is electronic at this point.
Today is my day off I am only checking my e-mails.

Can you please give me the specific address for which you are requesting the information? I went over this request with our City Attorney as well as with our Planning Department. There are several different Detention Facilities. There is the Adelanto Detention Facility East and the Adelanto Detention Facility West. Also the ICE facility.
I also did already send you the sale agreement. It was a large document. Did you not receive it.
Can you please call me to discuss this request. I have responded each time with in the 10 day response time.

I recently sent you building permits in regards to your public records request, and I asked you if that is what you were looking for. I have not received a response. I also previously sent you the sale agreement when the City sold the prison and informed you that if you wanted the ICE contract you would have to contact them
The building permits were old. The current construction going on there is still being scanned it at this time. We do not have the permits in yet.
Please send me an updated request and specify the address you are requesting the information for.
