Aggregate Arrest Record Data

Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Good evening,

I am requesting aggregate arrest record data from the Eugene Police Department. I am specifically requesting data on the number of people arrested and their racial demographics from the years 2015 to this year so far 2021. For each year (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021) I am requesting this data on the total number of people arrested and the racial demographics of those arrested. For the racial demographics, I am requesting that this data be given by the following racial groups: White (Non-Hispanic), White (Hispanic), Black or African American (Non-Hispanic), Other (Hispanic), and Asian (Non-Hispanic). If you all don't have this data for racial demographics broken down in this way, please include the data you all have in the way you capture racial demographics.
