Active Shooter Policies (Lee County Public Schools)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

-Any expense reports related to active shooter/active assailant preparation (i.e. insurance)
-Any active shooter/active assailant insurance policies
-Any student safety policies related to an active shooter/active assailant
-Any school communications (i.e. emails, letters) related to active shooter/active assailant policies

Please provide materials on a rolling basis, as they become available. We request that the requested complaints please be made available to us as soon as possible.

Hello,
Apologies for the vagueness of my request language.

In terms of the first item, I am referring to any training the school invests in. This could, for example, refer to faculty training through a third party, such as ALICE.
In regards to the second item, I would like to clarify that the name of the insurance policy can vary from "active shooter"/"active assailant." For example, the insurance coverage may be in relation to an "Act of Workplace Violence Event" and/or "Stalking Threat Event."
In relation to the third item, I am referring to any procedural policies the school district has in the case of an active shooter/active assailant and any related training materials.
In relation to the fourth item, I would like to limit the emails to January 1, 2017 to the date this request is processed that include the following words/phrases:
-active shooter
-active assailant
-lockdown
-lock down
-McGowan
