To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Given that this FOIA is submitted in my capacity as a journalist who has covered drones extensively, I request that I be categorized as a media requester for the purpose of fees. Here is a selection of my published articles on drones on MuckRock:

Shawn

Attached is what I was able to get for you so far. Each letter has the tracking number in the last sentence. AAA said sent them to the email addresses associated with the requests. I'm still working on the "All final reports from A-1999-0506AMA- Audit of Funding for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Systems, published June 23, 1999. Two of the letters say the reports are enclosed, I didn't get copies with them, otherwise I would send them along as well.

Mr. Hankins -

I do, indeed, have documents you sent to OGIS so informing them. However, I have yet to receive the responsive documents from AAA. In fact, per my records I have yet to receive so much as an acknowledgement from your office. I have indicated as much to you on several occasions (see the below email thread).

Please resend.

Respectfully,
Shawn Musgrave

CLASSIFICATION: UNCLASSIFIED

Mr. Musgrave,

My name is Tracy Greiner-Lee and I am Mr. Hankins immediate supervisor. This email is an acknowledgement that AAA has received your request. Although we have sent these audit reports to you in the past, we will reopen your request and send them to you again. Again, as stated in previous emails, one of the audits that you requested does not exist in our system of records (I'm not sure which one because I am teleworking today). Because it does not exist, Mr. Hankins sent you an audit report on a similar subject matter to the one that you requested. We will again send the alternate report in lieu of the one that does not exist in our records.

We will email you the audit reports that you requested within 10 working days. Is this the email to which we should respond?
