The current roster and documents and records containing photos of all police department officers.
These records should be sufficient to show:
Full Name (to avoid confusion of officers with the same last name)
Photo or Headshot
Current badge number
Current rank
Unit assignment
Gender
Race
Date of employment
Government email address
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

In Warden v. Superintendent of the Chicago Police Department* the court set precedent regarding 5 ILCS 140/7 (c) that photos of officers are NOT to be blanket exempted under FOIA with their decision saying a...
"blanket policy of denying FOIA requests for police officer photographs cannot be justified as an "unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.""
We request these photos be included in the responsive records as requested.
