Police records for a speeding citation in Maryland

Pursuant to Maryland's Public Information Act ("PIA"), I herby request the following records: I hereby request the following records:

I would like all police records relating to a speeding ticket that was issued to me in North Potomac, MD on 7/1/2014 by police officer John Howard (Badge #0619) of Montgomery County Police Department's 1st District.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
