Greetings,

Could you provide me the filing date of the Order you are looking for? I cannot locate the specific Order to Stay because I believe it is incorporated into another Order/Decision. I will be happy to provide you anything that is not covered by the Protective Order filed on the case.

Ms. Cooper,

I'm sorry but I cannot provide the filing date. I am unable to find the Order incorporated in any of the Orders/Decisions on your site. That is why I enlisted your office's help. I don't believe an order or decision of the court could be covered by a protective order.

Ms. Cooper,

I am following up since it has been nearly three weeks. Have you had any success locating that order?

I’m sorry for the delay. We went through a major renovation of our Records Department and I was not able to fulfill your request. I am unable to find a document that Grants a Stay on Discovery. The only thing the remotely resembles a “Stay” would be the Decision Order and Entry Holding Motion for Summary Judgment in Abeyance Pending Resolution of Discovery Issues. This document is filed on 7/31/2015 and I’ve attached it to this email. I hope this is what you are looking for because I cannot find anything else that resembles an Order Granting a Stay.
