Pursuant to the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All documents pertaining to NetTalon (https://www.nettalon.com/) or a "Smart Schools" school security initiative. Documents being requested here might include - but are not limited to - the following:
- Invoices or receipts for the purchase of any NetTalon product/service
- MOUs from NetTalon
- Brochures or product/service specifications from NetTalon
- Privacy policies from NetTalon
- Any/all manuals from NetTalon or other "Smart Schools" security providers
- Guidelines mentioning NetTalon or "Smart Schools"
- Bulletins mentioning NetTalon or "Smart Schools"
- Briefings NetTalon or "Smart Schools"
- Any/all digitally disseminated publications from your agency mentioning NetTalon or "Smart Schools"

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
