2. The proposed ballot language submitted by the sponsors for Ballot Issue #30 (The Constitutional Initiative submitted by Doug Campbell, Dr. Jeremy Johnson, Ed Gulick, Alex Gray, Eric Buhler, Stephen Bush, Jacob Torgerson, Melinda Leas on 02/18/2022)
3. The proposed ballot language submitted by the sponsors for Ballot Issue #31 (The Constitutional Initiative submitted Doug Campbell, Dr. Jeremy Johnson, Ed Gulick, Alex Gray, Eric Buhler, Stephen Bush, Jacob Torgerson, Melinda Leas on 02/18/2022)

Good Morning:
Our office is in receipt of a fax from "MuckRock News" dated July 26, 2022, that is electronically signed by "Russel Neiss" regarding a request for initial ballot language on issues 28, 30, and 31. Unfortunately there is no phone number on the request for me to contact and the proposed method of transferring files to a non-state website is not allowable based on our information technology security protocols.
Do you have an email address where I can submit the materials? Is this a valid email address?
