Good afternoon,

I just came upon this request and apologize for our late response. You can find this information on our website MVD By The Numbers<https://dojmt.gov/driving/mvd-by-the-numbers/> page under the Specialty License Plate Donations by Quarter. The information on our website goes back to 2015. The Montana Right to Life Association Educational Trust "Choose Life" plate went into production in January 2004.
