To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to Montana's Constitution, Article II, § 9, I hereby request the following records:
Invoices and receipts for the $5,971 payment to Watchguard Video on Sept. 22, 2014.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Please see attached the information you requested and a invoice for services rendered.
All state credit card are paid through the Department of Administration (DOA). I have included the credit card statement and monthly transaction log, if you want the actual form of payment you need to contact DOA.
Thanks for your assistance. Can you check to make sure that you sent me the correct information? The document I received appears to only be routing slip for the info request.
I’m sorry. Please try this attachment. Have a great weekend~ Coleen
