If you are seeking records pertaining to a missing person, you need to contact the agency investigating that person’s disappearance. District Court prosecutes and keeps record of traffic and criminal cases, we do not conduct missing persons investigations.

If you would like to do a background search of criminal or traffic cases, please see the attached form for requesting dispositions from the District Court of Mobile. This form will need to be received with a money order to process the request. Please refer to this form for any future inquiries.
You will need to provide a case number; if not, the Defendant’s name, birthday and/or social security number and date of arrest and charge.
