Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
(1) any and all data on the number of wasted, spoiled or expired COVID-19 vaccine doses from 12/11/2020 to 01/26/2021, and
(2) any and all data on the total number of COVID-19 vaccine doses administered from 12/11/2020 to 01/26/2021.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mr. Eaton:
1) Missouri enrolled vaccinators have reported 217 doses (Moderna/Pfizer combined) as wastage from 12/01/20-1/30/21.
2) 553,095 doses have been administered to date (2/3/20)-of these, 67,674 were doses administered through the federal pharmacy partnership.
