In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

I wanted to follow up on the following The Missouri Sunshine Law request, copied below, and originally submitted on Aug. 28, 2020. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response.

On October 6, 2020, Mr. Jason Buck, Rogers Middle School principal,
received your Sunshine Law request, dated September 30, 2020. Mr. Buck
forwarded your request to my attention on the evening of October 6, 2020.
Your letter indicates a prior attempt to submit the same Sunshine Law
request via fax on August 28, 2020, but an error message was received. Mr.
Buck stated that RMS did not previously receive your faxed request, likely
due to the fax machine not working during that time period. I apologize
for the inconvenience.
Your Sunshine Law request, sent on behalf of Mr. Robert Johnston, seeks a
video recording from a virtual Rogers Middle School 7th-grade gym class on
August 26, 2020. The District is not in possession of records responsive
to your request. Additionally, even if such record did exist, the District
would not be able to disclose such record to MuckRock News without the
signed written consent of Mr. Johnston. However, as noted above, the
District does not have a responsive video recording.
If you have any questions regarding this information, please do not
hesitate to contact me.
