I'm looking for the MUPD incident report for incident no. 2017-00008275, which occurred around 8:00 p.m. outside McDavid Hall near 6th Street on Feb. 27, 2017. It likely involved Erich Eastman, Noah Rogers and one or more other students. I'm happy to provide more details if needed to clarify, but I suspect you know exactly the one I have in mind.
