From: Russel Neiss
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the list of apps downloaded to Attorney General Josh Hawley's mobile phone.
This record is electronically stored on his state issued mobile device and can be accessed using the directions below.
If the phone is an iOS device:
1. Open the "App Store" app
2. Click on the person avatar in the top right of the screen.
3. Click "purchased"
If the phone is an Android device:
1. Open the Google Play store app
2. Tap the menu button (the three lines).
3. In the menu, tap "My apps & games"
4. Tap "All"
The list of apps should now be on the screen.
I understand the difficulty in extracting this list in a machine readable form, so please feel free to merely place the phone on a photocopy machine and scan the screen repeatedly after scrolling to each new batch of apps until you reach the end of the list, and then please email the scanned digital or paper copies.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Russel Neiss
