Hi Lt. Drummond,

Thank you for your response. However, I take issue with using 610.100.2, RSMo., to justify withholding records for the Glock 19, serial number FZR218. 610.100.2 only closes "investigative reports," not arrest reports or incident reports, which are clearly made open by 610.100.2(1). I would appreciate if your office would release the arrest and incident reports for this case.

Thank you,
Brian
