Missing Person report, police report, plea agreement given to Michael Yarnell, any other pertinent information on the case of Michelle "Angie" Yarnell
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Per our Morgan County policy, Morgan County resolution 050918, the average clerical hourly rate is: $13.55 per hour and copied pages are charged at $0.10 per page. I estimate it will take approximately 8 hours to comply with your request and approximately 75 copied pages to be made with redactions. We do not waive fees. As such, we will require a check or money order, made out to MORGAN COUNTY, in the amount of $115.90. When payment is received I will begin working on your request.
