Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
- Please provide a copy of any complaints received concerning Melinda Kidder; Private Investigator,
Licensee Number: 2010014159, dba Columbia Investigations, LLC.
- Please supply a copy of the CODE OF CONDUCT MANUAL or publication for a Missouri licensed Private Investigator.
- Please provide a copy of the rules, laws and restrictions (if any) that are placed on a Missouri licensed Private Investigator.
- Please indicate whether a Missouri licensed Private Investigator can use their license in other states within the United States of America or anywhere else in the world, with a reciprocal agreement. Please indicate with which states and / or countries there are reciprocal agreements.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
