In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

As you are no doubt aware, Mo.Rev.Stat. ยง 610.024(1) requires public governmental bodies to separate public material from exempt material within the same public record and disclose the public material.
Please release the public portions of the withheld email and its attachment pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law.
