A letter was sent to you on October 20, 2014 regarding a request my office
received on October 15, 2014 reference 20 journalists arrested between
8/13/14 and 10/2/14. The letter stated the patrol had no documents
responsive to your request.

Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law,
I hereby request a copy of the booking sheet for each of the following
journalists:

1. Ryan Frank, arrested on August 13, 2014.
2. Umar Lee, arrested on August 13, 2014.
3. Wesley Lowery, arrested on August 13, 2014.
4. Ryan J. Reilly, arrested on August 13, 2014.
5. Rob Crilly, arrested on August 17, 2014.
6. Pearl Gabel, arrested on August 17, 2014.
7. Matthew Giles, arrested on August 17, 2014.
8. Robert Klemko, arrested on August 17, 2014.
9. Neil Munshi, arrested on August 17, 2014.
10. Ansgar Graw, arrested on August 18, 2014.
11. Frank Hermann, arrested on August 18, 2014.
12. Scott Olson, arrested on August 18, 2014.
13. Kerry Picket, arrested on August 18, 2014.
14. Lukas Hermsmeier, arrested on August 19, 2014.
15. Ryan Devereaux, arrested on August 19, 2014.
16. Bilgin Şaşmaz, arrested on August 19, 2014.
17. Tom Walters, arrested on August 19, 2014.
18. Coulter Loeb, arrested on August 20, 2014.
19. Bassem Masri, arrested on September 28, 2014.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this
request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made
available to the general public free of charge as part of the public
information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the
news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for
commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would
inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would
prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available
or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I
look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business
days, as the statute requires.
