To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to Mississippi's Public Records Act, I hereby request the following documents:
Log of requests submitted under the Mississippi Public Records Act to the Department of Environmental Quality that lists the date of request, the requester's name, the requester's organizational affiliation, a description of the request and whether or not the request was ultimately fulfilled. Ideally I would like this information for the period from 2013 to the present.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Katherine Fink

Hello Mr. Boddie. Unfortunately, I am still not able to log in. I receive the message "Invalid username/password or not allowed to sign on from this location." I copied and pasted the password directly from your email, so I'm not sure what the problem might be. Is there another way to get the information?
