April 1, 2016 to November 1, 2016
February 20, 2017 to June 20, 2017
July 20, 2017 to December 20, 2017

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We have worked with the University IT department to compile responsive records from the specific email address for the indicated time periods.
As there are student names contained in the records, we need to review all of the pages and make necessary redactions as required by FERPA.
As soon as we have completed that process, we will transfer the reviewed and redacted records.
