Pursuant to the Mississippi Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any contract agreement and attendant general or supplemental conditions, between The University (as either prime or subprime contractor) and any Executive agencies of the US Federal Government which contains any directive to comply with Executive Order 14042 Section 2(a), Safer Federal Workforce Task Force Guidance (if executed after November 10, 2021 or if said contract contains a clause which adopts future guidance by reference), or any clause which explicitly directs the contractor (the University) to require its employees to receive inoculations, vaccinations, or specific medical interventions to mitigate COVID-19.
If a search for contracts containing specific language is overly burdensome, my request would also be satisfied by copies of all effective federal contracts between the University and the agencies of the US Federal Government.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.
