Attention: Misters Andrew Adebayo, Erick Peterson, Beryl Lipton

The MuckRock request was responded to and complied with on July 29, 2015. We waived compliance costs at that time. Our office subsequently continued to receive faxes requesting the same information (almost weekly). I contacted Mr. Peterson by email, which I will forward to you, asking that the fax traffic cease or I would have to charge for our administrative staff's time to continue to handle them. He said he would comply; however, similar faxes from MuckRock have continued to reach our office to date. If you want us to re-send the log previously sent to MuckRock, then please submit a check in the discounted amount of $35 for administrative and legal costs to address this matter.
Please advise if we can expect payment, and I will arrange to send you the requested information upon receipt of payment. Please phone me if you wish to discuss this further.

As stated in our May 25th response, no response or acknowledgement was ever received on our end - this is the first communication we've received from your office. If the records were sent to Mr. Adebayo directly, then they would not be logged into our system, and we'd have no way of knowing the request was completed. Please confirm this is the case, and we'll mark the request as complete. Thank you.

MuckRock:

This is to acknowledge MuckRock's July 24 response below. Please provide the respondent's name and phone number in subsequent communications, though. In the last year or so, we have received significant fax traffic from MuckRock requesting information.
