Pursuant to Mississippi's Public Records Act, I hereby request the following documents:

-The Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification forms submitted as required to the United States Department of Justice for the years 2011 through 2016.
-Total civil asset forfeiture figures per year for the years 2010 through the date this request is processed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

You will receive this and three more emails containing asset forfeiture information from 2015 to 2019 that we had pull for a prior request. We have waived all costs for this information.

Any information past that will not be provided as it may be found online. Any information prior to that, i.e.: 2010 to 2015, we will provide at cost of production of $207.11. If you decide you would like the 2010 to 2015 information, please make payment via check, cashier's check or money order. You may make payment in person at 1900 Woodrow Wilson East, Jackson, MS 39216 or to Department of Public Safety, ATTN: Legal Dept., P.O. Box 958, Jackson, MS 39205-0958. The responsive information will be sent after payment is received.
