For context, over the specified time period (December 11, 2020 - January 26, 2021), 452,310 doses of COVID vaccine were administered to Minnesotans and reported to the Minnesota Immunization Information Connection. To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:

(1) any and all data on the number of wasted, spoiled or expired COVID-19 vaccine doses from 12/11/2020 to 01/26/2021, and

(2) any and all data on the total number of COVID-19 vaccine doses administered from 12/11/2020 to 01/26/2021.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
