Pursuant to the Minnesota Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following documents:
I am seeking records related to or mentioning "Stop the Reroute", "Stop the Reroute of Highway 55", "Stop the Reroute Coalition", or the "Minnehaha Free State" a coalition of Native American and environmental activists in Minneapolis in 1998/1999. I am requesting documents from the time period of January 1, 1998 to December 31, 1999. I am an independent researcher, and not seeking these files for commercial purposes.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
