Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:
The documents, or a link to the reported "large number of documents that had not been previously public" buy the Minnesota Attorney General’s office in connection with the case of State of Minnesota by its Attorney General, Lori Swanson v. 3M, Case No. 10-28862. See attached complaint. In the alternative to providing the documents themselves, please provide a link to any document depositary where the documents may be located.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
