Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:

Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby appeal a previous denied request. I am requesting the following summary data points:

The NUMBER OF FILES held by MNJAC under the following categories:
1 ) Case files below the reasonable suspicion standard.
2 ) Case files at (or above) the reasonable suspicion standard.
3 ) Suspicious Activity Reports (aka tips / leads)
4 ) RFIs
5 ) Significant Events

I simply would like the number of files/lists pertaining to each. Please let me know if you require any clarification. Summary data is not sensitive law enforcement data and does not reveal deliberative processes / investigative techniques.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
