Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting information on the county’s partnership and involvement with nonprofit agencies for homeless assistance and prevention since January 2020. I am requesting to see the contracts (provide number if available) and any subsequent reporting on outcomes and expenditures pertaining to any Hennepin County contracts or memoranda of understanding with the following nonprofit agencies since January 2020:

Primus (specifically in late summer 2020 to take over operations of 94th Street Holiday Inn)
Avivo
Start Today Hennepin
Red Lake
ZACAH
St. Stephens
Our Saviors
Simpson Housing Services
Youth Link
Asian Women’s United Minnesota
Minnesota Indian Women’s Resource Center

I am looking for information on how agencies were selected/recruited, as well as any records of a request for proposals (RFPs) in regard to the awarding of these contracts and the contents of those RFPs.

In conjunction with the above request, I am also looking for any communications (emails, meeting notes, etc.) regarding the above contracts between the following individuals:
