To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:

I ask to obtain a copy of the following, which I understand to be held by your agency:
-Any materials and correspondence between Hims, Inc. and the Minnesota Department of Health.
-Any materials and correspondence between Bailey Health. and the Minnesota Department of Health.
-Any materials and correspondence between Roman Health and the Minnesota Department of Health.
-Any materials and correspondence between Roman Medical and the Minnesota Department of Health.
-Any transcriptions of minutes from phone calls or in-person meetings between the Minnesota Department of Health and any of the above named companies (Hims, Bailey Health, Roman Health or Roman Medical).
-Any additional records pertaining to meetings or correspondence between the Minnesota Department of Health or any of its employees and any of the above named companies (Hims, Bailey Health, Roman Health or Roman Medical).
- Any briefing notes prepared for Minnesota Department of Health officials concerning the above companies (Hims, Bailey Health, Roman Health or Roman Medical).

If you determine that some but not all of the information is exempt from disclosure and that you intend to withhold it, I ask that you redact it for the time being and make the rest available as requested.
