Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:

All available records (including consumer complaints, memos, communications, and investigations) containing the following non-case sensitive phrases:

- Conversion Therapy,
- Sexual Orientation Change Efforts (SOCE),
- Ex-Gay Therapy,
- Reparative Therapy, and/or
- Same-Sex Attraction (SSA) Therapy.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
