To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Emails and other correspondence with the Federal Aviation Administration pertaining to operations under 14 CFR 91.225(f)(1), aircraft transponder operation, and Automatic Dependent Surveillance - Broadcast (ADS-B) equipment.
2. All documents and correspondence including the phrase "ADS-B Authorization under 14 CFR 91.225(f)(1)".
3. All emails sent to the email address 9-ATOR-HQ-IFOS@faa.gov.
4. Any departmental procedure, policy, or guidance relating to an operation under 14 CFR 91.225(f)(1) or ADS-B Out OFF operations.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
