A copy of the police report concerning a stabbing incident carried out by Kelvin Porter of Bloomington near the corner of 19th and Riverside avenues. The incident associated with the police report has been widely reported in news media:
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I have received your request for a report from 19th and Riverside. You do not give a date or time. If you send along the date and time I can try and locate the call. Then you will have a case number to go by. To obtain a copy of the report you can either come into our office at the listed address below with the case number and small change (cost is 25 cents a page) or you can request it in writing through the mail including the cost, case number and a self addressed stamped envelope.
