MPD Police Complaints on Officer Julie Hagen (Casper (Minneapolis Records Management)

The City of Minneapolis accepts requests for data under Minnesota State Statute Chapter 13 Minnesota Government Data Practices Act through our online portal here: https://minneapolis.service-now.com/opencityportal
You can register to submit a request by clicking on Register on the top right of the site. You only need an email address to register.
Once you register you can click on Submit Request. There are several forms available that will help route your request to correct department quickly.
If you are not sure which form to use, you can submit your request in the General Form, and we will process your request and send to the correct department.
If you would prefer not to register you can contact 311 (612-673-3000) and they will submit a request on your behalf.
