Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:

I'm aware from marketing materials published by the Georgia-based software company Fusus that it has existing contracts with Minneapolis Police Department. I'm requesting:
- All contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding between the Minneapolis Police Department with the company Fusus and its affiliates
- All planning documents, proposals, and promotional materials involving the company Fusus, and their affiliates
- All materials encouraging members of the public to participate in the FUSUS real-time crime center camera-sharing program
- All email correspondence between Minneapolis Police Department and the company Fusus and its affiliates

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
