Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:

All correspondence, including emails, contracts, agreements, and memoranda of understanding between Minneapolis Police Department and the Anti-Defamation League (OR Anti Defamation League) between January 1, 2015 and the date this request is processed.

All Minneapolis Police Department records, including but not limited to policies, applications to trainings, meeting notes, briefings, and emails that contain the terms “Anti-Defamation League”, “Anti Defamation League”, “National Counter-Terrorism Seminar”, and "National Counter Terrorism Seminar” between January 1, 2015 and the date this request is processed. Please run these terms as separate searches.

The names of all Minneapolis Police Department individuals that have participated in Anti-Defamation League trainings, including but not limited to National Counter-Terrorism Seminars in Israel, between January 1, 2015 and the date this request is processed.

All of events or training plans by the Anti-Defamation League, including but not limited to National Counter-Terrorism Seminars in Israel, between January 1, 2015 and the date this request is processed.

I am requesting that you waive all applicable fees associated with this request as I believe this request is in the public interest and is not for commercial use. Release of this information is in the public interest because it will contribute significantly to public understanding of government operations and activities.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
