To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:

-All logs of rides and trips served by the Metropolitan Council’s Metro Mobility service, to and from, in the cities and towns of Minneapolis, St. Paul, Edina, Burnsville and Shoreview between Jan. 1, 2015 and Dec. 31, 2020 along with information pertaining to the rides or trips: date, distance in miles, time pick-up was requested, time pick-up was completed, time drop-off was requested for, time drop-off was completed. This information may be stored in records such as spreadsheets, emails, documents and files of each day, week, month or year of these rides in their specified Metro Mobility service regions.

-Any complaint or grievance filed by riders with the Metropolitan Council’s Metro Mobility service related to ride delay or canceled rides from the Metropolitan Council’s Metro Mobility service in the cities of Minneapolis, St. Paul, Edina, Burnsville and Shoreview between Jan. 1, 2015 and Dec. 31, 2020. These complaints may be filed via email, phone conversation, contact form or ride or trip request and include keywords such as “delay”, “no show”, “canceled” “cancelation” “cancellation”

-Any ride or trip change or ride cancellation riders were notified of related to requested rides or trips in the cities and towns of Minneapolis, St. Paul, Edina, Burnsville and Shoreview between Jan. 1, 2015 and Dec. 31 from Metropolitan Council’s Metro Mobility service

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
