To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Minnesota Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following documents:

In case your department does not keep such a list, I would like a copy of any forms or applications submitted by officers for training with or expenses related to Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers between 1/1/12 and the date this request is processed.

The following is a list of FLETC courses I would like searched for:
-Active Shooter Threat Training Program
-Advanced Instruction for Marksmanship

-Continuing Legal Education Training Program-Uniformed Police
-Covert Electronic Tracking Program
-Internet Investigations Training Program
-Introduction to Digital Evidence Analysis
-Mobile Device Investigations Program

If the forms, applications, or requests do not specify which courses are going to be attended than just include any FLETC courses.

As a member of the news media working for MuckRock News I request that a fee waiver for my request be granted. My work has been published by national outlets. My work for Motherboard can be viewed at the following link: http://motherboard.vice.com/author/cwaltman
