Regarding your below data practice request, the format of the data we provide (for example, electronic or paper) does not impact the ability to charge. Inspection of responsive data is free only when done in our Records Unit Office, Mon, Wed, and Fri 9:00am to 4:00pm, Tues and Thurs 8am to 4pm. There are 2714 pages of emails (2714 X $0.10 a page, plus $30.00 for special rate), which totals $301.40. Attached are our Fees for Data Requests.
