Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting all civilian complaint records and their dispositions from the years 2019-2021 as well as use of force complaints and dispositions. I am also requesting all disciplinary records for 2019-2021 as well as a roster of all officers from this period. If these records exist in digitized form, I would love to have them digitized.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

The public information for complaints between 2019 and 2021 is now available in the portal. If the complaint disposition is "open" or "closed - no discipline" no additional information is available. Most of the discipline files available for those years are on the public website here: https://www.minneapolismn.gov/resident-services/public-safety/police-public-safety/police-reports-and-data-requests/frequently-requested/disciplinary-decisions/.
If there are additional files that you would like to see please list the case numbers so they can be collected and reviewed.

I cannot produce the personnel information in the manner you have requested. If you would like a roster of employees I need specific dates so a report can be run. Can you please provide the dates for which you would like the employee rosters?
