To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am looking for any and all information related to the Minneapolis Police Department Citizens Academy, including an estimate of total costs incurred or allocated for this program (including for space rental and budgetary expenditures and compensation for participating officers and other speakers/faculty, among other things) broken down by year/season since its inception. In addition I am requesting:

- A full list of the officers and other faculty who have spoken at the Academy and/or participated in ride-alongs, broken down by year since its inception
- A breakdown of number of civilian attendees per year
- If available, any demographic information of attendees--gender, age, race/ethnicity, and income status--broken down by year
- A copy of the NDA (non-disclosure agreement) they have to sign to partake in the ride-along or any other portion of the Academy
- Access to citizen evaluations of the academy given by attendees at the end of the course

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
