Pursuant to the Minnesota Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following documents:
A copy of the incident report for the shooting at a Black Lives Matter protest outside the Minneapolis Police Department’s 4th Precinct building on November 23rd 2015. More information about the incident is available here: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/morning-mix/wp/2015/11/24/five-people-shot-near-minneapolis-protest-cops-searching-for-3-white-male-suspects/.
A copy of all e-mails from Lt. Bob Kroll which contain the words "Black Lives Matter" or "BLM." You can restrict your search to records created from November 1st 2015 to the date this request is processed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
