Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:
All internal and external correspondence (emails, texts, etc.) that reference police divestment, cuts to the police budget, or "Reclaim the Block."
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Due to the volume of responsive emails, this data was placed on a flash drive; redactions per MN State Statutes 13.82, 13.02 and 13.43. The cost is $5.00 (invoice attached). Inspection of responsive data is free only when done in our Records Unit Office (Mon thru Fri, during the hours of 9am to 4pm).
Cash or check only for payment. Checks are to be made out to the City of Minneapolis.
