From: Samuel Sinyangwe
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:
All policies regarding police use of force policy (or policies if there were multiple versions/revisions) that were in effect in 2014. Note, if there have been revisions or updates to the use of force policies in 2015-present, these are not what I am requesting. I specifically want the use of force policies that were in place during 2014.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.
Sincerely,
Samuel Sinyangwe

That version was in effect from the start of 2014 through 6/12/14. I also attached the chapter that was in effect after that change, which was in effect through the end of 2014..."
